These Terms govern your use of learn.hitmocreations.com (“HitMo for Business”), operated by HitMo Creations, trading as HitMo Creations, 42 Haqiqat Road, Jalandhar, Punjab, India. By creating an account or buying anything you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be 18 or older. Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person — sharing logins, downloads or course access is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed without refund.
2. What you can buy
- Single products (ebooks, courses, premium articles): a one-time payment gives you personal access for as long as the site operates and the product is offered.
- HitMo Pro (monthly or annual): access to all premium content while your subscription is active. It renews automatically until you cancel. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
- Bundles and coupons follow the terms shown at checkout.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates only; your bank decides the final conversion.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges (card, UPI Autopay or e-mandate) until you cancel. If a renewal payment fails we may retry and pause your Pro access until payment succeeds.

5. Licence to use content
All articles, videos, ebooks, templates and tools are owned by HitMo Creations or used with permission. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, upload, share or publicly distribute them. Downloaded files carry your name to discourage sharing.
6. Services
Agency services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media management, website design, WhatsApp automation) are covered by a separate proposal or agreement. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is not included in our fees unless stated.
7. No guaranteed results
Our content is educational. Business results depend on many factors outside our control. See our Disclaimer.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no spam, hacking, scraping, abusive comments, or attempts to bypass payment or access controls. We may remove comments and suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can close your account at any time from the data request page.
11. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jalandhar, Punjab have jurisdiction. Contact us first at info@hitmocreations.com — most issues can be solved quickly.
