This Privacy Policy explains how HitMo Creations, trading as HitMo Creations (“HitMo”, “we”, “us”), 42 Haqiqat Road, Jalandhar, Punjab, India, collects and uses your personal data when you use learn.hitmocreations.com (“HitMo for Business”). We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and its Rules.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, WhatsApp number, city, country, type of business, password (stored encrypted).
- Purchase data: products bought, amounts, invoice details and, if you give it, GSTIN. Card/UPI/bank details are handled by our payment partner Razorpay; we never see or store your full card number or UPI PIN.
- Learning data: articles read, saved items, course progress, certificates.
- Lead forms: details you enter when you ask for an audit, a quote or a free resource (for example business name and budget).
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and (only if you allow it) analytics and advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
2. Why we use it (purpose)
- To create and run your account, deliver what you bought, and give you access to courses and ebooks.
- To process payments, issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations.
- To send account emails (login codes, receipts, password resets) — these are always sent.
- With your separate consent: to send newsletters, offers and updates by email and/or WhatsApp.
- To reply to service enquiries (Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, websites, WhatsApp automation).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- With your consent: to measure and improve the site and our ads (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity).
3. Consent and your choices
Email and WhatsApp marketing are separate, optional choices. You can change them any time in My Account → Profile & Preferences, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying STOP on WhatsApp. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with service providers who work for us:

Some providers may process data outside India. We use providers that protect data to a standard consistent with the DPDP Act.
5. How long we keep data
We keep account data while your account is active. If you delete your account we erase or anonymise your data within [30] days, except purchase and invoice records, which we must keep for [8] years under Indian tax law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to: see a summary of your data and who we shared it with; correct or update it; erase it; withdraw consent; and nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapable. Use our data request form or email info@hitmocreations.com. We reply within 30 days.
7. Grievance Officer

8. Children
This site is for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords, limited staff access and two-factor login for administrators. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
